"Absolutely disgusted with the customer care I received, I received an item for Christmas a Nike T Shirt which had a hole in it from the security tag, unfortunately do not have the receipt as this was bought from a family member who sadly passed away Christmas Day all I wanted to do was exchange it for the same product and I was refused. The manager at this store is totally ignorant and disrespectful without a care in the world he tried claiming I had caused the hole in the T Shirt. Happy Christmas Sports Direct."

"Incredibly bad customer service! I went to the store to refund my shoes and received a voucher credit note. When placing the next order online with the idea of using my credit there was no field to add the credit note code with pin, so I followed the process as I was hoping that the field is still appearing and placed the order by mistake. I then immediately messaged and emailed the customer service to amend or cancel the order which didn't happen and I was send an email saying that it is not possible to cancel the order once placed. The next day I used the web chat and I was told again that there is nothing they can do for me, not even refunding the credit. Apparently, some items are not eligible for a credit note, which sounds terribly absurd and I wasn't informed about that any any point before the purchase. I was then told to use the link she gave me to take this further and landed back on the sport direct site. When clicking on the T&C's link it only shows you an error message. Very dodgy! Sending back is no option for me either as it would be bloody expensive (costs for shipping are to be handled by customer)."
