No annoying sales tactics; an honest valuation, and helpful, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile (in one instance helping us to find a new solicitor within a few hours when ours unexpectedly went under immediately prior to exchange... that really is beyond the call of duty!). In particular, I cannot praise Pam highly enough.
