She knew exactly how to support me through getting properties that were of interest to me and within my price range. She was very helpful and would highly recommend."
"I rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life). Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property. Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back. I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal."

"I viewed a family house yesterday with Beals for my African friend, his wife and 2 children. They have been living in the UK over 20 years and are a very respectable family. The property was suitable and we even offered to pay 12 months rent in advance!! The agency called today to say the landlord has had a change of mind! The property might be going to a family member. The agent then said the property will remain on the market. He then finished by saying the landlord was unsure of these particular tenants occupying his property!! It is sickening that the truth behind this is the colour of someones skin! Disgusting behaviour!!!"
