"This is our third visit to the Cottage and the standard has not dropped The room is excellent comfortable,clean and warm.Breakfast is served in the Dragon next door and is cooked to order and is excellent with a large range to choose from. Staff are efficient, helpful and friendly all in all I would recommend this place to anyone"

"great place to spend a night we ate in the restaurant, the service was friendly and enthusiastic. the acoustics were terrible, unfortunately, and we had trouble hearing each other, but it was Saturday night, so I guess at its most crowded couldn't fault the room, window looked on to the canal, bed was comfy"
"Excellent clean room - Janice, Emma and the room cleaning staff - well done. Shame room 6 was above the kitchens as the back doors kept constantly slamming. However, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in one of the back rooms."
"Stopped here overnight as we were visiting family. A lovely room, big bed, nice location overlooking the canal. The room was well finished, with a really nice bathroom. It's attached to the dragon pub which is really nice, great good at good prices and the wait staff were very good. The negatives were the noise from the function room which the b and b seems to back onto. It would be good to offer ear plugs or maybe advise that it may be noisy on a weekend. We expected this as we knew the pub, but if you didn't know this I imagine this could be quite annoying. Also, the place isn't actually a bed and breakfast. A more appropriate name would be a bed. Breakfast isn't included. Not sure if the owners have looked up the definition of a bed and breakfast. But they really should make this very clear. Maybe just offering 'rooms' instead as many places do. The breakfast however was not expensive and very good. A great place to stay, just misleading."
