"I have been to this pharmacy quite a number of times in the past few weeks, as my doctor has instructed me to get a range of blood pressure readings to find out if I need medication. They were usually very friendly and helpful before. However, my GP recently told me to have my blood pressure tested twice a day. After coming at 5pm to have the second reading today, I've been told that they are too short staffed, they do not legally need to do the test, and it depends on whether staff feel kind or not. I'm grateful for their previous help, but it seems that your mileage will vary depending on when you arrive at the store and who you speak to."
