"The lack of organisation resulting from insufficient serving staff and customers waiting outside in the cold for more than 20 minutes (nice if you are ill or it is raining) then because prescription are not kept in an orderly manner a search results in further wait . Whilst they many offer a variety of services they do not have sufficient trained staff ."

"OTC products mark-up is insane, service is incredibly slow or incompetent (wrong prescriptions in bags!), and instead of explanations prefer to shrug you off with half-truths. Only visit if you are immobile and live close, or are desperate. Can't believe I'm saying this, but a chain pharmacy might be better."

I use the prescription collection service which makes getting monthly meds so much easier. I've just reviewed my review after my partner bought the below soap yesterday with a price sticker over the price on the bottle more than doubling the price. Shame."
