"Clean and well cared for camping site, toilet block immaculate, drinking water, grey water and cassette emptying point well placed. Only took off a star as it is quite a walk to local villages for pubs and restaurants etc and local roads have no pedestrian paths, also not ideal to cycle as often busy and fast traffic on narrow lanes."

"The leisure home had all the basic necessities, though the single beds in one of the rooms are a bit small but were just three of us, so all was nice. Very helpful staff, buggy available to take your luggage to your holiday home when you check in (do request as not all homes close to parking). Ironing and laundrette available in common areas need to pay. The best part is a restaurant (gaff rigger) close by (just a 2-3 minutes walk) - so if you can't travel you can have a bite or drink there and walk back to your home."

"We have visited here many times previously (4+yrs ago) And always had an excellent stay. The site has less touring pitches now but it is obvious that money has been spent to improve the park. The managers were very friendly and helpful. It's position is ideal for water lovers and only a 20min stroll into the village."

"Wonderful camp site. Great find! Very very clean and tidy. Adrian and Colin were very helpful informative funny and friendly. We have a motorhome so accessibility was good and level pitches. Extremely clean toilets shower room and laundry room. Adrian was great to talk to very knowledgeable about the area. Both Adrian and Colin were busy on site checking everything, cleaning everything, and also keeping the shrubbery pitches etc in good condition, they both were always busy keeping the site in tip top condition. Easy walk into hamble from here 20minutes. You can access the marina within 5minutes from site. Adrian and Colin were most welcoming on our arrival and also waved us off on departure, really engaging with customers. An excellent site, we shall be visiting again."

"Not a place to holiday with children, no amusement arcade or swimming pool but if you are looking for a small site with a friendly warden and clean spacious accommodation in a peaceful rural setting then this is the place for you. My only gripe is that there is no shaver socket in the bathroom apart from that it is difficult to find any faults."
