Called a third time and couldn't get through. Emailed them and never got response. I guess they weren't bothered because there was no money involved for them."

"Not sure about this place. Came out disappointed. Although Bertha the optician was lovely, it's the quickest eye test I've ever had? Also when she was shining a light in my eye whilst I looked up, down left and right, she stood quite far away from my eye?? I worked in an opticians years ago and have regular checks and never had an examination like this, could she really see into the back of the eye standing so far away. Why was the slit machine not used? As for the floor staff, got no help whatsoever when choosing glasses and deals not explained to me. Also be warned nowhere to park. I hate to make a fuss but I think it might be best to raise my queries with a manager, not a small family type business so not entirely sure if they will care as it's a franchise. This was my first time using specsavers. Thought I would give them a go as they have a great choice of very affordable frames. Not sure if it was a good idea."
