"Incredibly impressed with Mel South, who helped my daughter to rehabilitate her ankle injury back to strength. Her ability to make my daughter feel at ease & her boundless enthusiasm was so motivational, such a refreshing approach! Mel’s encouragement & understanding, with such diplomacy, was half the battle for my young ballerina, struggling with the inability to dance & in the midst of her GCSEs. "As a person with ME/CFS, I can't recommend these physios enough. I've seen Mel who gave me exercises to help my feet and tight calves due to being mostly bed and chair bound, and Steph who has helped me with TMJ and muscle tension in my jaw. She even met me at the car and pushed me in in my wheelchair as I had no one who could attend with me. Unlike other physios who have left me in tears with their complete lack of understanding of ME/CFS, it was unbelievably refreshing to be heard and understood and not pushed to go beyond my baseline. Mel was up to date on the new NICE guidelines without me having to ask her to read them! And no one was pushing graded exercise therapy, they just helped me find ways to take care of me from where I'm at now. What a wonderful team and a refreshing change from my other experiences with physio therapy! Thank you so much! ❤️"
