"Absolutely wonderful staff and went home full of hope that I can make a good recovery from my injury. I was unable to find a parking space but just left the car on double yellows outside and asked the receptionist if this would be ok. I was reassured that it would be fine. I was called in bang on time and felt valued from the start. My physiotherapist was a trainee and she was brilliant. It was painful at times and I expected this but have to say I left knowing exactly what is wrong with my shoulder but also confident that it will be ok long term. Looking forward to going back later in the month and won't be so nervous next time."
"Very disabled unfriendly, the Stoneham centre is meant to have automatic doors, these don't work, only one door of the pair is unlocked. I got my patient up to the doors, he then hert himself trying to open them. At this point we gave up and went home. No staff to help. Dreadful hospital worse hospital in Southampton."
