"Poor poor customer service I visited the store today to inquire about a new mod. upon speaking with the member of staff with in, about two different mods I decided on a Stick mod whilst discussing with the member of staff another customer came and asked for a replacement pod for a stik vape, member of staff switched attention and served him without saying a word to me, I left. Appalling and rude customer service which resulted in the customer wanting a £5 product being prioritised over a customer looking to spend £50."
