"Having been a reluctant shopper and Post Office user of this shop still under the same management. I would advise you to check your bill. I was charged for 15 bottles of tonic water instead of one. Once you have spotted a similar problem with your bill don't loose your temper and use foul language or you will just be arrested . I find using the Sir and Madam words will normally get you a refund and then check your pocket in case you were pickpocketed whilst getting your refund . Mark Austen Samuel 24/04/67"
