"The worst experience I have had in a while. I have always thought their automated car wash was excellent and very reasonably priced. Today, I pulled up to the car wash, a vehicle was in there using the facility. I went to get my ticket but was told it was out of service. I tried to tell them that I have literally see a car being washed. At this point they spoke over me before I had finished my sentence saying I must have seen someone using the self wash facility. The rude and arrogance I received is not acceptable. I will never use this facility again."

"It was the first time today that I have been in this shop and it is going to be my last one. I went to the till and I just say hello and the person attending the till realizes that I was foreign, I asked how to use the automatic wash car but that person just stopped talking to me and was pointing out things. I paid for my service and I said goodbye. I have been more times through this king of situations but I am going to avoid them as much as I can. Southampton is a port destination for a lot of tourist visitors that give profits for this country, maybe we should treat them with care so they would visit us more frequently and not do the opposite."
"Pop in during my shift on thursday 25th about 21:30, i was browsing, when i noticed 2 young women who had been stopped, by the security guard on shift. They was arguing, i made my way to the till area, where the 2 women was in front of me and they started getting aggressive towards me, after exchanging a few words, i was so embarrassed i dump my shopping and left. I wasnt impressed as the security guard, just stood layghing at the situation. He could have handled the situation alot better. I often pop in this store as they are friendly and have a large section if items. If any reads this and knows the security working on that shift, can you give me details of the company's as im not happy."
