Reviews
"Friendly staff"
"Always great service."
"Had to pick up an eBay delivery and witnessed the cashier try to cheat a customer ahead paying cash and card by over charging on the card, luckily the customer was wise to it and called him on it. The over polite cashier also did not scan the bar code first but asked the name and then preferred the package before snatching it away & obsequiously insisting on ID along with the barcode. My turn to stand firm, nowhere in the collection details does it state that ID of any form is required and I have never seen someone back-pedal faster when he realised he had been rumbled. No way will I direct any more deliveries to that Mini Mart, the whole set up seems suspicious and I came away feeling soiled. REGARDING THE REPLY: any request for ID should be given prior notice with the email containing the bar code. As there is no such requirement listed & no other (larger and more prestigious) collection points require personal documentation in association with the bar code or reference number the need for ID is superfluous and intrusive."
