"Just showed up at the local co-op and it was shouting at 3 pm due to understaffed three adults were stood outside, Including the manager. Why does the shop need more than 3 people to run? This needs to be dealt with, this area is majority elderly people and I feel for them to have to keep turning up to a closed shop that is supposed to be open until 10pm!"
"This store over the last 3 months has been closing early most days yesterday the store closed at 5pm when the opening hours are 7am to 10pm this store often closes early it is pointless the coop being there it’s closed more than it’s open it’s not convenient"
"Very abrupt and poor customer service. Saw that the post office is open till 10 on the website but told its closes at 5pm. Now I have to take time off work to pick up my parcel. This needs to be sorted out. There was no smiles or anything and no apology. Just a straight post office closed."
"Absolutely disgraceful staff working in this shop they are either too busy chatting amongst themselves or outside smoking! Miserable unwelcoming and rude members you have working for this store. Apart from the odd few that are very friendly and always smiling. Get rid of all of the managers/duty managers as they aren’t worthy of their position they lack severely in customer service and do not know how to manage their staff. The store is forever closing early due to “staff issues” and the post office well where do I start with that the staff ‘trained’ to serve are extremely rude maybe extra training in customer service is needed also they need to learn how to SMILE and greet the customers. Overall dreadful experience almost every time I have been to this store. I would highly recommend travelling a little further to Aldi/Asda The place isn’t even worth the 1 star"
"Tuesday evening i arrived at this store at 7.58 pm to be greeted by a member of staff saying they were closing at 8 pm i said that's fine i only want a carton of milk, she refused to let me in, she went in to get another member of staff who also refused to let me in, i repeatedly said i arrived at 7.58 which is plenty of time to buy 1 carton of milk for my 3 year old son but still not allowed in, the sign outside stated 7 am to 11 pm this happens repeatedly its hit and miss whether its open. it seems the staff open and close to suit theirselves. i would rather go a bit further to Aldi who you can rely on to be open when they say they are."
