"Visited on Monday and the staff were helpful, and I thought I had the part I needed. Unfortunately, I needed another part, so I returned on Wednesday to get it. It was an awful experience. When I first turned up alone (I'm young and female), I was told I was not allowed in, that they "couldn't help me" and to "go home"; when my father in law turned up, suddenly we were allowed in. One of the ladies behind the counter tried really hard to help us when the part we'd requested wasn't right, but Duty Manager Mel was rude to us and her staff the entire time. From the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left, she shouted at us about how she "didn't have time to help us" (there weren't any other customers there) and they "didn't have enough staff" for us to be "wasting their time" - all because the part we'd requested wasn't the right one. Despite us apologising for our mistake and thanking them for taking time to help us, she refused to back down and continued to berate us. She also shouted at her staff for trying to help us. She was abusive and the entire experience was absolutely horrific. I was very glad to leave, and I feel sorry for the two members of staff who were left to deal with her abuse."
