"What an amazing service and customer service (thank you, Dan) The door handles that I have chosen were 50% cheaper then anywhere else. I have ordered them and got them in 3 days. One of them was damaged and called their number. Straight away I spoke to a guy named Dan, who asked me to send some picture of the handle. I did, couple of minutes later he sent me an email saying the new handle will be with me the next day. Outstanding work. I will use them again for sure."
"We bought a door and windows from a company called Wooden Windows of Stoke on Trent, the door came with hardware supplied by Construction Supplies Hardware Ltd. Unfortunately, one of the door handles started to show deterioration after only a few months. The issue was passed to Ed Wallis of Construction Supplies to resolve and he immediately sent new handles free of charge. It turned out that the handles were difficult to fit without the back plates, so as soon as Ed became aware the back plates were also dispatched. This was excellent service from a supplier where we were not a direct customer and, because of their action, it is a company that we will certainly look to again and would recommend others to do so.
