Went in just now and was pretty disappointed that I wasn't told 'it'll be about a 45 minute wait', as the barber cut fragments of hair at a time off a bloke, carefully measuring each strand of hair. After 30 minutes without either member of staff looking at me to explain the potential wait time, I gave up because lunch breaks are only so short."
