"Great hairdressers with experienced staff and a lively atmosphere. I've been using Paul Light's hairdressers ever since moving to Romsey in 2012, and have been coming back ever since. I appreciate that hair in general is a personal thing, however what I think is universal is the way in which the staff here listen to their clients and offer their advice and professional opinion based on their experience. If after a week or so things aren't quite 'right' they've always been happy to rework without any hitch, which is great customer service. The pandemic wasn't kind to business in general, and more so than most health and beauty businesses, but throughout the staff have always been cheerful, and played with the cards that had been dealt well. Masks, dividers, shields have moved back to coffee and fragrance testers, but it is testement to the underlying core that the quality and experience didn't suffer when times were 'interesting' Now part of Bradbeer's the ownership may have changed but the quality of the team remains, and Paul is still a real example of someone who is on the top of their game, and has a passion for what he does. We've also had our (little) children's hair cut here and the stylists have always been brill, friendly and understanding. Great"
