"Just returned from this salon. The staff are WONDERFUL however the service is TERRIBLE. Shellac - Lauren did my manicure. The paint is really thick and gooey on my nails. I will probably have to get it re-done in 10 days before it starts peeling. Pedicure - TERRIBLE. They had no concept of cleaning under the nails. My heels look worse than before my pedicure because they do not use anything to FILE the heels after the use of the heel grater. They do not know how to remove even the slightest ingrowth toe nail. And Here' the WORST part - there is no fan to dry off your toe nails. She literally sent me away from the salon withmy toes wet. Terrible service, never returning. Pictures speak for the quality."
"I had my nails done in the salon a couple of weeks ago; it was my first and probably last visit. Initially I thought she did a good job but when I looked at my nails closely I realised that she didn't cut out the cuticles! I wasn't happy but still I didn't leave a review straight away, because I don't like complaining. But now, 2 weeks in, the shellac is already peeling off on some nails, and as the nails keep growing the gap between the skin and the nail is really visible. From previous experience, this is what it should look like after 4 weeks, not just 2! I went in there with high hopes due to good reviews but unfortunately I am very disappointed as it looks messy and not good quality at all. Just to clarify, the photo is what it looked like on the day I had the nails done."
