"I was recommended by my cousin who has followed Jake where ever he has worked as she said noone has ever cut her hair like he does as she has curley hair however does wesr it straight too. I went along to see her have her hair done and as an ex hairdresser was so impressed with his cut and blo dry I was happy with ny previous hairdresser at SAK however unable to get Saturday appointments soI made an appointment with Jake I I had highlights and a cut and blow dry which honestly I can not express how amazing it is. "This used to be my favourite place to have my hair done. I was happy to pay the price as they do such amazing job with my hair. I've even recommended them to other friends. However, lately this salon has been a let down. Once I was told to come in at anytime for a patch test, and then found out that they closed early, didn't let me know. Second they cancelled my appointment on the day! They couldn't even compensate as they have no staff! Such a shame, will not book here again and will not recommend, unless you're ready to be disappointed."
