"They were able to see me even though I made a really last minute appointment. I have a lot of hair but they still took their time to carefully do my knotless braids even with all the requests I made e.g. bum length and different colours. It was great vibes all around and bonus was they even offered me their tasty meat pie! Will definitely be going back!"
"My girlfriend had a really bad experience with the locs technician, who ignored what she said about the style she wanted, was clearly frustrated throughout, and even mumbled (?prayers) over her whilst ruining her hair. We had to take the locs out because they were too tight, all different sizes, and her scalp was bruised, scratched and even bald in places. The hair in the actual locs (such as they were) came out in clumps! A real shame as the other staff in Harmony Hair were awesome, friendly, and really accommodating."
