"My daughter has just left the salon feeling utterly depleted. In preparation for her 18th celebrations she wanted a style that framed her face and to come out feeling confident. She came out almost in tears having been rushed through the salon and in less than an hour leaving with the exact same hairstyle. Note to the stylists, if a young woman comes in requesting a certain cut please don't belittle them, do what you feel is best and make them feel they have utterly wasted £40 of their hard earned cash for little more than what was wash and dry. Try listening, offer some open questions, perhaps ask for a photo or what's inspired her to come in. It doesn't take long and in the end you won't end up with a 1 star review!"
