"Great place. I visited there for my hair colouring appointment. Unfortunately the colour came out was not the one I expected. When I called next day they ( junior male hair stylist -Jack?) was kind enough to fix it with the colour I wanted and I didn’t want to pay for this."

"I'm sure there's some great stylists at this place but unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Its a bit dirty (there was a pot full of hair-covered brushes and hair on surfaces) and I didn't feel like my stylist really listened to me. I mentioned a few times I felt it was too long but it wasn't fixed and at the end I didn't feel like it looked like the picture I had show. I asked again at the end if it could be fixed but she said I'd have to book in again. During the cut she also asked me if she could blow-dry my hair just so she could check the cut and I said she could, but then when I paid, she charged me for the blow-dry that she asked for. Even with the blow-dry it didn't look anything like the picture. So I left and had a little cry in the car."

"It was £29.70 (with student discount) for a cut, blow dry (and some curls - for free!) It was a great experience! I came out feeling like a pampered princess! Would highly recommend Vicky - we had a lovely chat and I felt very confident that she would do a brilliant job and so she did! I am booked to go back in a couple of months - excited to have a bit of me time again with the lovely girls! :-)"
