He is a highly competent hairdresser, with wonderful interpersonal skills : he engages with you, is a great listener, empathic, and so kind and considerate. "I travel up from Poole specifically to go to this Hairdressers, I get Lucy to silver my hair. My hair is LONG & takes time to do but Lucy is always patient & does the best colouring I've seen around, even after a long day she's always happy & lovely lady. I have been through many different hair salons as I have trust issues when it comes to my hair but will now only go here! Been going here for 4-5 years now! She's the best!
