"Very poor customer services and unclean"

"Got appointment within a week and had usual friendly chat with Mr Mansurian putting me at ease. COVID-19 safety features very good with all equipment covered with plastic, and all staff fully gowned and gloved. Had to wear gloves which I haven’t heard of at other practices. With mask on when not actually being treated means any cross contamination kept as low as is practical. Well done."

"Very rude and unhelpful, treated my disabled and mentally ill wife with no care or compassion. Which led her to having an episode. Bad opening hours and appointment slots. I would recommend using a dentist nearer Eastleigh, as my new one is lovely, helpful staff and friendly dentists."
