"I have been with this practice for years although I liked the dentists there the receptionist is extremely rude. I think she is the wife of one of the dentists. I called to book a check-up a couple of days ago as things are slowly getting back to normal but was informed I have been taken off their register as I have not been to the dentist recently. She said the coronavirus pandemic did not affect anyone seeing the dentist! She said it was my responsibility that I had a 6 month check-up and the reminders they used to send were as a matter of courtesy. I have had no communication since my last appointment and she said I could not re-registers as they are not taking on any more NHS patients."

"Unfortunately, I had to echo previous comments about the poor, not understanding and not customer friendly receptionist and service. I let the receptionist know about our special circumstances that our three-member family is extremely vulnerable to covid, especially my son. We lived in strict isolation in the past years. I had to take my son out of school and could not visit places even where a mask was mandatory. Today I called this practice about needing urgent help and unfortunately, I can not delay seeing a doctor. The receptionist did not understand our circumstances at all, was rude and with an unfriendly voice kicked us out from the practice saying we can not even re-register. I felt very let down and am very disappointed."

"Very unfriendly and cold atmosphere. Receptionist/Practice Manager very unfriendly and unhelpful. Stayed away through Pandemic as we were fortunate enough not to need dental treatment and leave appointments for others that need treatment, to be told that we are now dropped from the practice and cannot remain as patients even though they have not taken any new patients in the last 2 years!!"

"Long Overdue Review. Fantastic place. Hadn't been to the dentist for a while, Life gets in the way. Needed to get re registered and have a couple of teeth sorted. Receptionist was really helpful, sorted out the paperwork and arranged appointments for me around my complicated schedule. Had my treatments over the next few weeks, very informative and attentive. Good work. Everything delayed now due to Covid but will need to return soon. 5*"
