"Much better than your average Spoons. The service is always quick, the food is always well cooked and presented and the staff are always friendly. There's always a good stock of craft beers and gins. A major plus point is that it's not full of the usual Spoons dregs as well."

"Sunday breakfast visit. Not very busy at the time of our visit, the lousy weather I'm sure did not help. Usual Wetherspoon menu. There were four of us on this visit, hot food not over hot, could have been better. Just about acceptable. The building which belonged to a former shipping company, was one best converted into a Wetherspoons. Rumour has it that this is one of the Wetherspoons to close."

"First time in this one, and although the atmosphere wasn't as vibrant as the Standing Order the pub was well worth visiting. Good service and a very good pint of Decadence. Will be a shame for locals and tourists if it closes"

"Great place for a budget meal either before, or after, watching a film at Harbour Lights. It is a Weatherspoons, so you can rely on getting a consistent meal quality, and cheap food & drink deals. Based, as many are, in a characterful older building on the edge of Ocean Village. There is a rumour, however, that this pub is up for sale. It would be such a great shame if we were to loose this establishment. We will go back here as long as it stays a functioning business. Hopefully, a long time!"

"Atmosphere is good. The waitress served us the drinks and food, she has a sweet smile and very nice. The Fish and chips it's fresh and delicious but unfortunately not the beef burger, it's seem not freshly cook like been sat there for awhile and gone cold. Recommended to go for fish and chips."
