"Have been looking forward to visiting here since hearing it had opened a couple of weeks ago. Communication between staff and myself was awful, all staff were not friendly at all. The one scoop ice cream was very small and the menu kept moving so fast it was impossible to read! However the milkshakes were nice."

"Very disappointed to be told at the counter that none of the ice cream is gluten free. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options but nothing g.f. Very interested to know why as every ice cream place, and van I have ever used all have gluten free ice cream (as it is naturally). Shame as the display of flavours looked very nice."

"Great range of ices - both vegan and normal dairy based, plus sorbets. Had three cones with chocolate, biscoff, hazelnut, cinnamon - all really great. The vegans ones? Excellent too! Lovely staff but boy, was it busy at gone 21:00 - mainly on just eat orders as far as I could tell. Worked out about £4:50 for 2 scoops and a big waffle cone, which I’m ok with. It’s a treat, after all and about the same price as a coffee in Starbucks. Do you get a bit more ice cream at Sprinkles? Maybe? Depends on the server. But honestly I’d say the ice cream tastes better here."

"Visited for their opening day and really impressed with the range of ice cream flavours on offer (all of which is eggless and vegan) and that's without exploring the waffles, drinks and other menu options! Fantastic to have a cafe like this in the area and we will no doubt become regulars!"

"Went here for the opening today and it was miles better than we hoped. Really nice, soft, tasty ice cream. Staff are amazing too, especially considering they were slammed by us excited customers. We've needed a dessert place around here for years and I'm thrilled we finally have one. We're going to be regulars, for sure :)"
