"3 of us had the bit of each Sunday roast yesterday, absolutely fantastic meal, lots of it with beautiful vegetables all cooked perfectly. Lots of extra gravy (bonus) without having to ask recommend this. Booking is a good idea, excellent staff, caring and friendly, will definitely visit again"
"It must be an unfortunate series of events for you to turn to this place. I was making a stop by this town and had a little over an hours to kill before carrying on my journey. I ordered two simple dish from the menu, which has taken them 50 min and counting to prepare. There was no update on order or any interaction from staff to keep the wait less painful. In the end, I decided to get up and leave. If you are in the village, I would suggest White Swan which is 2 min away. I hope this review was helpful."
