"If I could rate 0 I would. It’s one thing to waste money on food that you never get, especially as a student. But it’s another thing to be gaslighted by a supervisor saying you left the table to the point where you have a panic attack. Heaven forbid a member of staff delivered to the wrong table. I won’t come here again after the treatment I received. No one should be driven to the point where it takes them half an hour to calm down from crying, hyperventilating and shaking. I hope someone learns how to treat a customer as an actual human being"
"Awful. Waited 50 mins for food, after asking twice and being told twice it will be ‘10 more minutes’ we asked for our money back. There were only three tables with food orders and we ordered loaded fries - so not complicated!"
"The events and prices are great, but you can never shake off the fact that (most of) the staff make no effort to hide that they hate the job and want to take it out on you, a lot of the time if you ask a genuine question or try to make chat they'll treat you as if they hate you. I'm honestly not convinced the staff don't just hate every customer because they really do act that way. It's a huge shame tbh."
