"Went into store to buy a espresso machine, when approached the till I asked if it is rubbish what is the return policy? She asked the man supervisor the question, he was very rude! Walking away while answering the question, "no you can't if you use it" with no eye contact facing the other way. Didn't even bother talking to his own colleague let alone us as the customer. Put me way off buying anything from that shop because of his attitude and for that reason I was out. Will also be passing this onto family and friends as not friendly at all........ However the woman at the till was ok."

"Very bad service. No refund on a item as the box it came in was damaged. Suggested workaround. Resulted in no part from Winchester store. Had to do all the chasing up and given false feedback.."it will arrive tomorrow". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE."

"A general hardware shop, now combined with Rymans stationery. Very limited quantities of some things, paint and ironmongery notably. But, a little bit of almost everything. Prices are good, not as low as supermarkets but many things they don't stock."

"Very lucky to have put one star. I visited to buy a hedge trimmer. I asked a young lady, she said 'if it is not on the shelf we haven't got any'. Pointed in the direction. Couldn't see it. Came back and asked again. Same reply. I am a lady in in my 70's with obvious bad eyes ,at the present. I said politely,in my situation ,it would have been easier for you to show me. I was told ' you should have asked'. Then I put my purchase in the wrong place. That was met with 'That is a computer not a till '. With unemployment ,it is sad that this good shop,should employ people with attitude. Very disappointed."
