"I have never had an experience like today went in to buy new trainers for my kids the place was empty took 45 minutes stood there waiting on the staff. When I came to pay the man at the till said one is a size 11 one shoe is a 12 there off the shop floor . I was very shocked and said you can't do that to people his response was we always do it. I'll take my money else where."
