"A very pleasant take away. Just had a take away from competitor, and it really highlighted how good the Good Food Inn is. Our orders vary, but the Hong-Kong style sweet and sour dish is always a winner, their chow mein always excellent as well as many other choices. We find ourselves sorry to have ordered from somewhere else tonight. After years of custom, it was about time to leave a review."

"Rude driver rang us went to wrong address and didn't get to us because we missed the call hearing 3 rings it was on the table in same room, I had no time to answer. Rang him back he said he left Because no answer? So rang the shop, they just said can't help, argued with us that we couldn't have money back absolute mad man and woman screeming so loud they scared me from over the phone. No food arrived at all. Deliveroo refused because shop told them they delivered. In shock they get any customers. £35 order paid for and no food. How?"

"Asked to return part of my order as it was not very good the sweet and sour sauce tasted like gone off viniger and the chicken balls were sloppy. I rang them to tell them and they said i could swap it and they would deliver it within an hour. Had a call from a lady there who said I would have to collect it or I wouldn't be able to have a replacement so I got dressed and went down, when I got there I gave them the food that my partner had one bite of and he spat it out for the woman to come out shouting saying he had ate it and she wasn't replacing anything that she hates me and that I'm not to come back. She was going crazy when all I did was bring back the food and ask for a replacement her sons on the front looked so embarrassed, the lady threw the chicken balls around behind the counter and was literally screaming at me and abusing me. I demanded a refund which she refused and her son gave it me out of his pocket. I will not ever return and advise everyone to not return"

"Ordered through Just Eat and ordered the chow mein, a couple of other dishes and some chips. The chow mein was very flavourless and the chips had been refried. All food supplied was edible, but not great so won't be ordering again from them"
