"Shocking service, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes then when i asked if I could order they refused to serve me as they were getting orders ready. You can't treat customers like that, it's a motorway service area, you should have enough staff to cater for busy periods and you certainly should know how to speak to customers, they seriously need some staff training"

"Been here a few times. It's great, but can be slow at times especially if you suddenly have lots of lorry drivers trying to order. But overall, it's good. I think the problem is that this place is understaffed. The few times being here I only saw a maximum of 3 people working here. This may also explain why the bins are always full (unless that's the responsibility of the guys maintaining Moto as a whole)."
