"Started with cauliflower soup which was beautifully rich and silky, and served with little roasted and pickled pieces of cauliflower and golden raisins. main was the chalk stream trout dish. Local fish served with a take on Bombay Potatoes, a little smoked trout samosa that was crispy and very tasty and a light curried sauce. Food was beautifully presented and service was excellent. Would highly recommend."
