Sam's Chicken

"absolutely disgraceful and disappointed about the size of chicken tenders we had delivered last night... literally before new year we had Sams chicken tenders that were a decent size of meat each one, now it looks like there's a massive cut back on meat and the charge you same money for fraction of what you'd get a month ago, mind you it looked more like rat tenders and not a chicken.... Sams, you've just lost another customer... never again..."

"I had some food from the Shirley branch and it was spot on. Being Indian, i was cautious but the chicken was not dry, it was hot and had the perfect touch of seasoning. The chips were also delicious. The customer service was spot on and generally a very positive experience. Since, i have already visited again and a huge variety for the Children. So much better than other chicken places and a must try."

"In general food quality very good, prices reasonable but staff not very informative and engaged in customers. Visited few times but there was always something missing there. Last time came with kids and ordered chicken stripes. Staff didn't let me know that they were spicy and my kids didn't like them, money wasted."

"I usually really like the food and have no problems with it but today I finished eating a burger and didn’t realise it until my mum pointed out there was mold on the burger bun. I checked the others and there was no visible mold on them but the one my mum ate. I don't understand how you can still sell this to customers when it's clearly out of date, unless it was just that one."

"This is my favourite fast food restaurant around neighbourhood, the fried chicken wings, chicken wrap are soooo good, I would prefer this more than McDonald’s because they don’t have chicken wings."
