"This restaurant was awful, food was lacking in sauce, chicken selects made my son vomit while I drove down the motorway, all of our hot drinks were tepid, the coffee which is usually quite reasonable was like dishwater, really poor especially when you take into account the extra charges for using a McDonald's at a motorway services. Please avoid this restaurant, there are other McDonald's on the same route not too far in either direction."
"Slow service, always misses one of my items. But Daniel is incredible. Chirpy, friendly, enthusiastic. Daniel if you see this, you could do really well in an actual restaurant, even the manager was slow and lazy - you’re running miles above her and everyone else. It would be 1 star if it wasn’t for the service from him. I work in a chain of restaurants and he is exactly what is needed. Keep smiling :)"
"Chips on the floor, bins full, table dirty, chicken burger looked nothing like the picture and didn't taste much of chicken. Ordered on the touch screen, sweet chilli sauce not given although ordered, food lukewarm. They weren't busy tbh, just lots of earthy individuals standing around grunting 58, 55, 56.. you get the picture. It is what it is but it's no longer cheap, 10 quid today for a not particularly appetizing meal. Shame."
"East Bound, M27 Services. McDonalds was Simply disgusting. Staff attitude was shocking and no sign of any kind of standards or food hygiene. We left hungry, but safe from any illnesses lurking in that kitchen. Management and staff should be ashamed."
"Good service. The staff really do look after you gave me a FREE BIG Mac just by asking they really don't care about the place as long as their paid. Ate the hamburger which they made fresh and piping hot for me thanks sir singh your a good man. Took the big Mac for my dog , he loved it."
