"To put it bluntly, don't order here! We ordered at 8pm and got a delivery time of 8.35-8.55pm. After 9pm and no update we tried calling, it didn't even ring and just said line busy. I decided to drive there to check the place existed only to be met with disdain and terrible customer service. The delivery had been collected 5 minutes before I got there which by that time was half an hour after the latest delivery time arrival of 8.55pm. They refused to acknowledge the fact this was unacceptable and simply passed me a pack of prawn crackers as consolation and said they were busy. I said I tried calling to check on the order and got told the phone was busy. When I went to call the number to prove it didn't ring through, I saw them turn the phone on. They then started getting lots of calls so I must not have been the only one trying to get through. In short, the food arrived much later than we were told when ordering and they refused to accept any responsibility for this. DON'T ORDER HERE!!"
