"I ordered 50x pink roses on Sep 7. for 260e to be delivered on Sep 9. (Same date last year the roses were only 200e so a 60e mark up in a year...more than inflation but whatever). On the morning of my partner's birthday, I'm informed they only have 40 pink roses. As the morning of was too late for me to cancel the order because I wouldn't get anyone else to deliver flowers on time, the best compromise was to send 50 red roses instead of sending 10 red and 40 pink would look silly. But i didn't want red roses again, as I ordered them last year. But had no other options cos they were not prepared with 2 days notice and only looked into their stock on the morning of. Also the flowers only arrived at 12pm, the driver also called to ask if my partner is at home and would be there in 20-30 mins but actually came after an hour which is too late, we had other plans than to be sitting at home til 12pm waiting for a simple Dublin City delivery. Another friend ordered flowers for my partner from Arbour and they arrived at 10am (perfect time) and also came in a pretty bag with a plastic bag containing water, looked very nice. From Mimosa I didn't get a bag or a plastic bag with water. So I got the wrong flowers, that came late IMHO, for 60e extra from last year, and didn't come with any logical extras: bag/water/food (not everyone has a vase that can fit 50 roses). Overall a dissapinting experience for 270 euro and not even a free balloon or bag, won't be using Mimosa again. Update: after just 5 days there is a fungus growing on the roses, my partner told me the same thing happened last year but she didn't wanna tell me. Whereas the flowers we got from another shop are perfectly fine. (Mimosa Rose bouquet and yellow plus pink bouquet from another better shop are attached, see the difference for yourself.)"

"It was an online order - so always a bit nervous. However no need to be, they delivered promptly and the flowers were even more beautiful that the photograph. What I really appreciated was that they sent me a short video of the flowers and my message before they delivered. Wonderful touch. will definitely use in future."

The ordering process was simple, fast and Mimosa had a much better selection and price range than some others I looked into. I asked to include a note which they did, I called today as I was worried they may not arrive before she finished work and their staff assured me it had already been delivered (11:30am). They even went as far as ensuring they delivered the flowers right into my Mothers hands as I asked. Between the easy ordering, fair prices, quick delivery, friendly staff and how happy they made my Mom, Mimosa deserve the 5 stars to be fair to them.
