Precious Petals Florists

"Flowers were not fresh - brown petals - see photos. I complained and I was told this was expected as they are naturally grown and not "intended for instagram" - the photo they use on their website (Soho bouquet) does not show the flowers "as mother nature intended", so I felt brushed off. I was told I could replace they if I brought the bouquet back but it had already been gifted at that stage. Bad product, worse customer service. Edit to respond to response: I never claim to be an expert in flowers but you chastise me for that - I am your customer and I was dissatisfied with the worst bouquet of flowers I've never bought. I was in a rush with a sleeping baby in the car. I did not look at them at the door. The pictures were not taken in the car at the florist (as you claim) - they were outside my parent's house. It was not an option for me to return from a time perspective. I do not think that asking me to return flowers that I had already gifted is reasonable. In fact, the entire reply reeks of an unhealthy attitude."
