"We dropped in a ring to be size. Which one would have thought was a simple ask from a so called jeweller. Found out it was actually sent off site to be re sized and came back in such a bad state. (This is over the time frame of over 6 weeks.was orginally told would take 2 weeks.)One of the diamonds actually fell out once we got the ring back. The claws on either side of the 3 diamonds were now so out of shape and two were not even holding the diamonds. Called back into see Brendan and I was told "that can happen after a resize". Offered to fix it at my own cost. Completely dismissed me when I asked him does he not check the work. Never once said to me he sends items off site or even offered an apology . The only words he said to me was" well did i say i do it on site. I just said i can do it". Finally got the ring back and it is far from perfect. Now I have to find another goldsmith to fix and undo all the shoddy work.. Most unhelpful and actually obnoxious. Would hope to never set foot in this place again. And would advise anyone with a good piece of jewellery to go else where."
