"Very unhelpful over the phone. Found a wedding band online advertised by the vendor, rang a couple of weeks ago to see if it was appointment only & the response was quite abrupt. Travelled up from Galway with the intention of buying a ring, the selection was limited and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Got the impression we were wasting the owners time with our queries and potential business. When asking simply to get sized to order a ring and what variations were available given the limited stock, the complexities of ring sizing & explaining the types/materials available seemed to be a major issue 'if we could understand'. Went to Greene's after, got sorted & placed an order within 10-15 mins - chalk and cheese."
