"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / FOLLOWUP. It's impossible to reach the store by phone. I bought my husband a titanium ring last September and by March this year, (barely 6 months later) the ring started falling apart - literally split up into pieces and they're so sharp that they started poking his skin. I'd asked him to manage it and keep wearing it as we were out of town and didn't have time to go to the store for a replacement. When we got back to Dublin, I forgot about it until I noticed redness and soreness on his ring finger. Unacceptable! We went to the store in early July to report the terrible quality of the ring and the injury caused to my partner. They asked us to request a replacement per our insurance policy. They processed the replacement and told us they will call us in two weeks when it's ready as they have to order it from their supplier. It's been 3 months and we haven't heard anything back from them. I have been trying to reach them via the phone number listed here everyday, atleast 5-6 times a day, for the past one week. NO ONE is picking up the phone. This is unacceptable!!! I don't want to travel all the way to the store only to be told it's not ready or something - my time is too precious. At this point, I'm quite frustrated. I might just demand a refund and buy better quality elsewhere. This is just unacceptable!!!"
