"We went to the store with a bit of trepidation as we are gym novices but we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff let us browse and then Jordan came over and was very helpful and accommodating. "I ordered hex dumbbells, 10 and 12.5kg. Three of them were fine but one had a horrible slit/chunk at the edge. I expected them to arrive in all new condition as that's what I paid for. I understand accidents happen. The boxes were squashed up when they arrived so I assume they have been thrown about. I have left them an email almost 2 days ago for a slight refund or a replacement dumbbell but still no reply. I'm not happy someone hasn't reached out yet hence the 1 star Review. So a week after my my original review, after emailing them back and forwards I still can't get them to send me a new Dumbbell. They said they would replace the Dumbbell but have not followed through with it and are now not replying to me. You would think customer service is important as 1 star reviews are not a good look for a business. I also said in my original review I would update and change to a 5 star review should they sort my issue but they clearly do not care. Buy from these lot at your own peril!!! Shocking customer service, they are very argumentative and simply don't care about there customer or at least trying to retain them. Just awful!"

"Appalling company with regard to website accuracy regarding postage and shipping. I ordered a Body Power Compact Smith Machine, at a cost of £283.50. Website and invoice say: Delivery - Standard (Delivery typically in 3 to 5 working days)...oh you think!!!!! Rang after 3 days to see where it might be, and was told that 'its delayed as we are working through Black Friday orders'...OK, I can appreciate that. Then rang after 5 days as I had been sent NO dispatch notice. This time I was told 'as you chose free delivery, it can take up to 5 days to dispatch the item'....????? Erm, NO, your website says: Delivery - Standard (Delivery typically in 3 to 5 working days)...at no point in your delivery statement, does it say 'Dispatch' will be 3 to 5 working days...it says DELIVERY. As I explained to the lady I spoke to, 'if your website had pointed this out, I would have happily paid a little extra, to receive my item when I NEEDED IT!!!!'. Well here I am 9...YES 9 days later with no item, STILL!!!!!!!!! Thank you Fitness Superstore, you are utterly useless. I would advise avoiding these clowns, and buy from a company that does not give BS excuses for their poor service."

"I seen finesse superstore online and noticed there was a branch in Northampton, When I got there I meet Jordan who was unbelievable helpful, I will definitely be going back again and already made a few purchases, thanks Jordan for making it easy and you was very helpful"
