"came into your northampton branch on friday the 21.08.20 at around 11.30am on entering the store i was greeted by a man who said hello etc he then went on to help out a family by the shoe section while trying to keep an eye on the shop and serve other customers it became clear he was working alone i just find this amazing on a busy friday your shop is being run like that..after a while and finally talking to the staff memeber who had great knowledge of the products i walked out empty handed after it not being in stock..really trespass help your staff out so they can help us"
