"We found this company whilst looking for Christmas presents for our two small children. Items seemed well priced and competitive. We found that the only option for delivery was Parcel Force, rather than some of the more competitively priced companies to be a shame. But payed the expensive price anyway. The company claims to have next day delivery, but did not even DISPATCH our item for 12 days. After making a complaint about it not been sent out to parcel force, we were just told sorry. It almost did not arrive for Christmas even though the purchase was made well in advance. The replies from the company didn't seem to care as now they had our money. A very disappointing service, and would not trust them again."

"Should have read the reviews before trying to buy from here ! 2-5 days shipping…. Waited 10 days with no item so decided to give them a call. Was fobbed off and told it was in the process of being moved from another warehouse BUT I would receive a shipping notification by Thursday latest (4 days after the call) still nothing by the following Monday. Then I received an email on the Tuesday saying they could not fulfil my order. 19 days after I placed the order."
