"The medical staff are all perfectly pleasant and competent, but pretty much every interaction with this place is a pain. You can never get through on the phone at busy times (i.e. any morning), and at the busiest times you don't even get into their queue, you're just told your call can't be connected. There's no other way to contact them other than by fax, assuming they still have a machine that works. They'll text you about test results etc., but with no way to reply you have to go back into phone hell to ask any questions. I have a repeat prescription every 6 months which should be simple, but there's nearly always something that needs sorting out by phone with that, too. Their website is (c) 2012, which doesn't inspire confidence, and at least some of the info is out of date, e.g. says they're open till 5, but for over a year now you'll get a message saying the switchboard is closed if you phone after 4. It gives you no clue as to their standard charges for different services, so they're always an unpleasant surprise on the day. They've also recently stopped giving itemised receipts by default, so if you're claiming on your medical insurance you'll have to remember to ask for one every time. This really isn't how a modern GP practice should be running."

"Very bad service. I was told to wait outside like a dog just because my 3 years old son has a cough. Even when I asked if I could go to the toilet with him, it was a problem."

"Terrible Service, Never have appointments available always two/three days later. The attitude from the receptionist is call Doctor on call, as they don’t want to help sick people in the Community. I’m baffled how they run a business, while waiting in the reception I’ve seen the staff not answering phones but allowing them to ring out. No empathy from the receptionist, doesn't care. Very disappointed."

"Very dissapointed. My son needs to get form fill up for boxing classes and this practice doesnt provide this service. I cant get this done to any other Gp. So need to move to other gp."

"Recently had a bad cough etc and had to attend surgery twice for same issue and was charged full amount on both occasions, Dr sent me to have chest x-Ray and blood tests after 2nd visit. Was asked to come in and speak to Dr regarding test results and they charged me full whack again to get results. Have been a patient here since 2000 and nothing ever surprises me, its all about the money with them. Most of the Doctors are very nice and friendly but same can not be said for reception staff, the rudest people i've come across and will be now looking to change my dr because of such a terrible service. Would defo not recommend. Would've given 0 stars if i could."
