"Staff are amazing always helpful and friendly they give 100% for how busy they are a joy to see them when I go into clinic. Dr O Sullivan takes his time with every patient and is one of the best doctors I have come across. I can't thank them enough for the help and kind and understanding approach they had for me over the years. And if you need a hospital appointment, they are very fast at Getting them for you. Excellent Service"
"This is based on the fact that it is impossible to get through to the clinic. It can take 4 hours at times to get through if you are lucky to get through. It can sometimes take days. There is no answering machine!! What if there are emergencies and also you were not able to just walk in due to covid. Can you address this and switch on an answering machine. When feedback is given directly nobody takes it on board or apologises. Other than that the place is clean and safe. Donna is great, the nurse too and Dr John Ryan is missed. Hopefully he will be back soon."
"Waiting times to see a GP with appointment are close to an hour. Making appointment on the phone takes hours as no one answers the phone. Doctors in my experience rush, inattentive and dismissive on occasion. New edit: changing from 2 stars to 4 as new GP Dr Sinead Beirne (I have seen for last while) is excellent, thoughtful, professional and attentive. I have being patient in this clinic for over 6 years and only recently thanks to Dr Sinead Beirne gained confidents in this medical centre."
"Service quality/availability inconsistent, slow and sporadic. Staff seem approachable enough but limited in terms of how they can actually help patients. Waiting periods to see specialists very long. Facilities however are in excellent condition, very clean, bright, accessible and comfortable and very easy to get to."
