"I’m here waiting TWO HOURS for their incapable staff members to get a simple email over to state that the van is insured so the leasing company will release the van. The first email they sent had the incorrect reg and now the second email has the incorrect end date. We have so far now cancelled one customer today due to this, this customer had a stairlift breakdown and due to this company and the delays they won’t get sorted. Since the previous two emails have been incorrect we’ve been on hold for the past 45 mins to get a third attempt on this being correct. I would like to personally thank Serena in Insure My Van for all of this, and thanks to you we’ve now got a customer who’s stuck because of you. Thanks for nothing!"
"Was insured with them for two years but never again. Had a few issues last year with the people working there on the phones, they were rude and just cane across as ignorant. Then this year I rang them and got some fella on the phone he wasn't bothered and came across as not giving a dam. Then my wife contacted them back and got a woman on the phone who was purely ignorant. I will be going elsewhere it doesn't cost to have manners. Still waiting on a manager to ring me. Stay away from this crowd is my advice, especially if you have to contact them. They need training in manners"
